Improvements
- Reusable banner design: Creating a banner now copies the design settings from the account's most recently updated banner, including banners that are not currently enabled.
- Recent consent safeguard: CookieChimp prevents an account from being deleted while it has consent activity from the previous 24 hours and explains when deletion can be retried.
